Locals beat a youth to death as he tried to lift a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Bishnupur area under Anwara upazila Sunday night. Police identified the deceased as Jibon, 30. Officer-in-charge Mohammad Sahajahan of Anwara Police Station said a group of
